These Terms govern your use of nyvtoria.com and car rental services provided by nyvtoria.com LLC (EDRPOU 95199272), Horizon Business Center, 15 Khreshchatyk St, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine.
1. General
By using our website or booking a car, you agree to these Terms. We comply with the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023, the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015, and other applicable laws.
2. Booking & Rental Terms
You must be at least 21 years old with a valid driving license. Bookings are confirmed upon payment. The rental period, vehicle type, and pickup/return locations are specified in your booking confirmation.
3. Payment
Prices are shown in UAH unless stated otherwise. Payment is made via the methods available on the website. A single tax payer; VAT is optional.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Later cancellations may be subject to a fee. Refunds are processed within 14 days. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023.
5. Liability
We are liable for direct damages caused by our fault, up to the rental fee. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. You are responsible for traffic fines and damage to the vehicle during the rental.
6. Personal Data & Cookies
We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Personal Data' No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010. We use cookies only with your prior consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Language & Advertising
Information about goods and services is provided in Ukrainian as required by the Law of Ukraine 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language' No. 2704-VIII of 25.04.2019. Advertising complies with the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-ВР of 03.07.1996.
8. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve disputes amicably. You have the right to file a complaint with the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023.
